ideal location city views helpful staff

the location was ideal for exploring. we loved having a terrace to enjoy the city views. the staff were very accommodating and provided us with helpful information. early arrival was smooth with access to shower facilities.

the air conditioning system made strange noises at night.

malfunctioning air conditioning temperature fluctuations

the hotel provides a complimentary cake at the lobby during tea time.

the room's air conditioning system malfunctioned, causing temperature fluctuations and discomfort. i was provided a fan and later, the temperature dropped significantly to 17 degrees.

Chic Stay Near Iconic Landmarks

excellent location modern room warm welcome great staff

The location is excellent near the Arc de Triomphe. I found it easy to visit key sites. My premium double room was modern and very clean. The hotel definitely exceeded the photos online. Staff member Flo was especially cute. He offered a tour upon arrival. I appreciated the warm welcome. It was like home.

The yoga room lacked towels . That was a slight inconvenience
